Terms of Service

3.1 Quotation: All quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, quantity, and customization requirements.

3.2 Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase order and required deposit payment. BoxesBest reserves the right to accept or decline any order.

3.3 Design Approval: Customers must approve all design proofs and samples before production commences. Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges and production delays.

3.4 Minimum Order Quantities: MOQ requirements apply to all custom orders. Specific quantities will be communicated during the quotation process.

4.1 Deposit: A 30-50% deposit is required upon order confirmation to initiate production. The exact percentage will be specified in the quotation.

4.2 Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before shipment or as per agreed payment terms for established clients.

4.3 Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers (T/T), letters of credit (L/C), and other mutually agreed payment methods.

4.4 Late Payment: Orders with outstanding balances may be subject to storage fees and production holds. Interest may be charged on overdue payments.

5.1 Lead Times: Production lead times are estimates and begin after design approval and deposit receipt. Actual delivery dates may vary based on order complexity and material availability.

5.2 Rush Orders: Expedited production is available for an additional fee, subject to production capacity and material availability.

5.3 Shipping: Shipping costs are separate unless otherwise agreed. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

5.4 Force Majeure: BoxesBest is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

6.1 Quality Commitment: All products are manufactured according to GB/T 19001-2016 Quality Management System standards and comply with CE, ROHS, FSC, and GB 4806 certifications.

6.2 Inspection Standards: Final shipments follow AQL 2.5 international sampling standards. Dimensional accuracy is controlled within ±0.5mm for core products.

6.3 Customer Inspection: Customers may arrange third-party inspection before shipment. Inspection costs are borne by the customer unless defects exceed agreed tolerances.

6.4 Color Variation: Due to printing processes, slight color variations (within industry standards) are acceptable and do not constitute grounds for rejection.

7.1 Custom Products: Custom-manufactured products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective or not manufactured to approved specifications.

7.2 Defective Products: Claims for defective products must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved claims will be resolved through replacement or credit.

7.3 Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before production begins with a 15% administrative fee. No cancellations are accepted once production has commenced.

7.4 Partial Shipment Issues: Quantity discrepancies within ±5% of the ordered amount are considered acceptable due to production overruns/underruns.

8.1 Customer IP: Customers retain ownership of their trademarks, logos, and proprietary designs. BoxesBest will not reproduce customer IP for other clients without written consent.

8.2 Design Services: Original designs created by BoxesBest remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a separate agreement.

8.3 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the business relationship.

8.4 Portfolio Use: BoxesBest reserves the right to use completed projects in marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement specifies otherwise.

BoxesBest's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from approved designs or specifications provided by the customer
• Issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery

BoxesBest maintains compliance with international standards including CE, ROHS, FSC Forest Stewardship Certification, GB/T 19001-2016 Quality Management System, and GB 4806 Food Contact Materials standards.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their product usage complies with regulations in their target markets. BoxesBest provides supporting documentation but does not guarantee regulatory approval in all jurisdictions.

11.1 Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, specifically the laws applicable in Shanghai.

11.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Shanghai or resolved in Shanghai courts.

11.3 Language: In case of discrepancies between English and Chinese versions of these terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.
