This is the custom box with the highest packing efficiency in the slotted container series. The bottom is machine‑glued and pre‑creased in advance. When it arrives, just pop open the box body, and the bottom automatically locks into place — no manual locking, no glue, no tape. Bottom sealing takes just 0.5 seconds. It is specifically designed to solve the efficiency pain points of factory assembly lines and ultra‑high‑volume e‑commerce shipping. Size, material, and printing are all fully customizable. It is the go‑to custom box for automated packaging lines.
Auto‑locking bottom pre‑crease design – Locks as soon as the box is opened. Bottom sealing efficiency is more than 10 times faster than ordinary box styles. Perfectly suited for factory automated packaging lines, greatly saving labor costs for high‑volume packing.
