Also called a full overlap slotted container, this is a heavy‑duty upgraded custom version of the standard slotted container. The top and bottom flaps are full‑width — when closed, they completely overlap and cover the entire box surface. Box strength and load‑bearing capacity are effectively doubled. Size, material, and special finishes can all be customized on demand. It is specifically designed to solve the pain points of heavy or large product transport — easy damage, box deformation, and tipping when stacked. It is the go‑to custom box style for heavy‑duty shipments.
